Mike was exceptional to work with. He is very personable and ensures that you have any and all your questions answered. The day I purchased my vehicle he made certain that my experience was top notch, going as far as sending my new vehicle back to the service team because it was not detailed to 'his' standards. He also took the time to go through the vehicle and all of its settings before I drove it off the lot. My previous experience purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership was a nightmare, but Mike restored my faith in that you can actually have a stress-free experience. There are still a few good car salesmen out there, and Mike is one of them.

Very impressed and pleased with the extra service Mel and Boucher Nissan provided me. They noticed a part that was becoming a problem during a routine oil change. Mel explained what they were going to do. He and his team tracked down a replacement at another location. Mel provided me a ride home and delivered my car about two hours later.... and he offered a tire rotation for my inconvenience. Good service these days is hard to find.... exceptional service like this is a real pleasure. Thanks Mel again for the exceptional service and treatment. After having a complementary oil change done, the
After having a complementary oil change done, the protective shield under my 2018 Murano came loose and was dragging on the ground. This caused the mounting tab on the shield to be worn out, where it mounts to the undercarriage.. After expressing my concerns to Mel Ehnert, the service manager at Boucher Nissan he replaced the plastic shield fasteners. Mel special ordered a new shield and fasteners at NO CHARGE to me. Mel went above and beyond ,making sure I was 100% satisfied. Mel, thank you again for making my Murano like new again.

Car dealerships over the years have had their ups and downs, but what you see from most dealerships is that transparency is one of the most important attributes especially with car buying happening via web browsers. That being said, Boucher Nissan pulled the old "yep, we will do that" before I made a 3 hour trip to buy a vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the work that was promised on the vehicle was not. Jason Archimede promised something in writing and then did not deliver. What made it worse is that I reached out to the general manager, Drew Harrig who offered to try to make it right.....but I have to drive back and sacrifice my time. At no time was an offer made to make this right that did not require me to give up 6-7 hours of driving time, plus 1-2 days for the time in the body shop. I appreciate trying to see how they could have made this right, but it was more a sacrifice on my end in terms of hours, mileage to drive back to dealership and just too much of a hassle. The funny part of this transaction is that I would have still purchased the vehicle if the promise had not been made, but when you are a sales guy and just say "yes" to the buyer and don't deliver - you are just reinforcing the label of "sleezy". Unfortunate to say the least, but lesson learned. Don't trust words from Jason or this dealership. Make sure of everything via pictures or in person before finalizing the sale.

My 2017 Altima went into ship mode one day. After hours of tinkering and YouTube videos, I called the Waukesha dealership and spoke with Tyler Zimmerman. He listened to my situation and told me he would get back in touch with me. This was 2 days before Christmas as well. So, Tyler called me days later and informed me that it would cost me $1400 for parts plus labor. I was so disgruntled and asked if he could find out if I had any warranty left on the vehicle. Days later, I receive a call from Tyler telling me that he has great news. Yes, I do have an extended warranty. He told me the part was ordered and installed and my car is running perfect. I was impressed with the communication and attention to detail with Tyler. Overall, my best experience with a local car dealership. Great work Boucher Nissan of Waukesha!!

I had my car towed to the when it would not start.
I had my car towed to the when it would not start. It gave a bunch of errors that blinked rapidly when I tried to start it. The service center assured me that they ran diagnostics but nothing popped up; they also said they did checks after the regular oil change and tire rotation but again nothing pipped up. And now, a day or two later, the car has the same problem. So obviously, something was missed.

Had a great experience from the start with this dealership. Derek was very prompt and very helpful. He got things rolling very quickly, I had talked with another dealership in the area and the customer service was horrible. The guys at Boucher Nissan were AMAZING! Lenny was great and very helpful as well. Noah in finance was also great. They had us in and out of the dealership very quickly.
