If I can give this dealership a ZERO I would. Cannot trust this dealership having my car there at least 8-9 times problem after problem all related from Oil leaks, coolant and trans leaks. Unbelievable, service talking nice all xx. Lost trust with this dealership. Promise one thing never heard back. It’s not my job to call and follow up after numerous complaints. They probably just want to brush me off and silent me. I will bring this up to Boucher company upper management so they are aware what’s going on.

Went in not expecting to purchase a vehicle necessarily but after the team went above and beyond we ended up with a new Frontier. Our salesman Lawrence was great. Derek was very easy to talk to and worked out a fair deal for us I believe. David and EJ were fun to chat with while finalizing the financing. This was our first purchase from Boucher Nissan Waukesha and I would definitely go back again when we need a new/used vehicle. Highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out.

Buying a vehicle is never really fun, that said Natalie ,Ben, and David made it far less painful than I remember! I actually had fun-don’t tell them that! Everyone was respectful of my time and were very friendly even when I unfortunately wasn’t-I’m going to blame my attitude on not having eaten all day. On 05-05-26 took my Pathfinder to Boucher for my first oil change. I had trouble reading the oil dipstick. They assured me 5.1qts of oil was added. I was adamant my oil level was too high. So they politely said it was fine, but I wouldn't let go. Service manager took my car back into the garage, had a technician drain the oil into a container to measure the amount of oil they put into the engine. It was the correct amount. Not the best experience, sales person very nice. Felt pressured in using their financing before I could check with my own Credit Union. Upon delivery it was 2+ points higher.

Stopped in for a quick visit and saw a pathfinder I kinda liked. Next thing you know I’m negotiating a possible purchase. I dealt with Noah, and I’ve got to tell you it was the best and easiest purchase negotiation I have ever experienced. I’ve bought Toyota, Jeep , Chevy and Ford in the past and they didn’t even come close to this buying experience. Thumbs up for Boucher Nisson. I highly, I say highly recommend this dealership.

My friend has a 2022 Rogue 67k Miles and was told to spend $2000 to diagnose an engine issue that they knew about!! Very suspect behavior very disappointed. If we choose Nissan we should be able to trust the dealership do better nissan!!!!
Everything was great. Friendly atmosphere, not pushy but very helpful. Sales team was great and finance team worked hard. We had a new guy in finance which was fine he was very nice, but the more senior person that should have been helping him was less than helpful to him, which significantly prolonged our time at the dealership with several sick and crabby children. Overall great experience.

We’ve purchased several vehicles from Boucher and have always been pleased with service and follow ups. My lease just noted us of a possible engine issue and Boucher got me in the next day with info on how long it would take to test/inspect and what would be needed if the issue was found on my vehicle. I took my Frontier in for Oil change and Tire rotation. Very fast turnaround and there less than an hour. Luis also assisted me in reconnecting my new phone to my Bluetooth. Excellent!

We are relatively pleased with our experience of purchasing a new 2024 manual transmission Versa back on 26 December 2023. The car itself has had some issues and 3-4 recalls since purchase, but that cannot be blamed on the dealership. Moreover, Nissan has proactively notified me of those recalls and repaired them for free. Although it was not at Boucher due to the distance from my house, my local dealership even provides me with a free loaner vehicle during recall repairs. They loaned me an automatic Versa, confirming that I made the right choice in going with the stick shift.

Lawrence is fantastic! He's a great listener, asks the right questions, and proactively transferred a vehicle from another location without us asking. This is the 2nd car we purchased from Boucher Nissan in the past 3 months and 4th over the last 12 years.
