Technician had difficulty diagnosing the TPMS problem. It took 2 trips to diagnose. Dealership price was not competitive,$175.00. Had part replaced at Blain's F&F for $60.00.

It would seem Nissan corporate has some policies intended to reduce wasteful/unnecessary repairs… I’m all for it- when it doesn’t affect me… That said - I’m def in love with my Nissan car. Very friendly and did a thorough job in going over everything to make sure the vehicle is running properly The waiting room is also very clean and accommodating.

My battery had died in my car. When I called Boucher at 7 AM they told me to bring my car right over and they would take care of it. Sure enough within just a couple hours. I had a fresh battery in my car and fresh batteries in my key fob and the car was washed and the price was great. They were very accommodating.

Owners manual missing from car and part on drivers side of dash needed to be replaced, which kept popping open on the new car. The part finally came in and getting it fixed this week. Warranty cost was not originally presented clearly and had to do a lot of back and forth to get that straightened out and still waiting for refund on the warranty and Key Fob warranty to take place. It wasn't clear when or how that would be refunded back. Emails asking for clarification on that were not answered back.

The service team was friendly and the appointment was finished on time as quoted.


It was good. I just wish you guys did internal cleaning. I can’t do it myself.
