My oil change took 2 hours. My service advisor never came to tell me why the wait was so long. I had to go and ask someone. When my vehicle was finished he didn't tell me the tech advised of a coolant leak. I saw this on the video when I got home. The video was sent to me after I received my car.

I have received service at this dealership for nearly 10 years. They always provide good service and attention. They also do not pressure to get additional, unnecessary services. The service managers are polite & attentive.

Everything went very well! It was an oil change and I still need to come back for the transmission fluid change, that I think is sooo very expensive for just draining the fluid and then adding new fluid. ??

Neither Nissan or Boucher are interested in fixing the problem with my Nissan Leaf. Took it in for service twice in January. They didn't bother taking it for a test drive because they were understaffed according to the service manager. The second time I took it in they did test drive the car. However, because the temperature was not below 35 degrees, they couldn't replicate the issues. I gave them pictures of the problematic dashboard warnings. This dealership has been servicing 2003 Nissan Xterra since 2009. They’ve always done a great job. The staff is so friendly and It’s nice of them to have refreshments and some snacks if you wish along with free Wi-Fi while you’re waiting for your car to be serviced. Now with the cost of everything it’s nice that they still do that so very much appreciated.

I read disappointed that my car could not be washed on this visit in February

Easy to make an online appointment for the following day. When I stopped in, they were able to get me in and back on the road right away. Service rep did not try to upsell me, and helped me select the most cost effective service package.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The dealership was clean and comfortable It was a pleasant experience.

Had to return to the service center as my dash board started to light up ten miles from them, half way home. Was not very happy about that and no compensation for their mistake.

Michael is the service department did everything he could for car repair. I appreciate the effort and explanation of the repairs.

Had to call multiple times to see if my vehicle was ready. My car was not fixed correctly, Was going to bring it back for them to correct, Did not get returned phone calls to bring it back. My vehicle broke down and I brought it to different Nissan dealer.
